Have a great week! I am now off to a late night supermarket run to make sure I have all the necessary ingredients.
Just heard about a great feature on Trader Joe's website with recipes & shopping list capabilities. I'll be trying that next week!
ReplyDeleteOkay, you are way too organized...you must start slacking or you're going to make the rest of us look bad ;) LOL! I agree it's so much easier to plan your meals in advance, so there's less panic as the dinner hour approaches, but I just can't get my act together.
ReplyDeleteThanks Jen :) Seriously, I have my slacker moments - I should post those too! You can do it - but don't expect to much - I allow lots of flexibility too - already this week I've flip flopped one meal & I froze the hamburger meat because we were full from eating some other stuff. Just having a plan helps me so much. When I don't I stare at the pantry & fridge & think what on earth am I going to make?! I think I'm also going to post some make ahead stuff soon - I need some quick healthy stuff for my freezer for crazy times of the week.
